Ingredients
12 Mini Bell Peppers or Jalapeños
8 oz cream cheese ( room temperature )
1 cup of white extra sharp cheddar cheese (shredded )
3 sprigs of chives (chopped)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1-2 Tbsp Orisirisi Spice of Life Mango pepper sauce more or less as desired )
Directions
*Preheat oven to 425 degrees
*Cut stems off peppers
*Cut each pepper in half lengthwise
*Using a small spoon scoop out
seeds and membranes
*In a medium bowl combine cream
cheese, cheddar cheese, chives,
garlic powder and Orisirisi Spice of
Life Mango Pepper Sauce. Mix well.
*Using a small spoon, stuff each
pepper with cream cheese filling
*Place each pepper in a medium
baking dish and bake for 20
minutes.
*Serve warm or at room
temperature.

Ingredients
3 Hass avocado (diced)
2 vine ripe tomatoes (diced)
1 cup sweet Vidalia onions (chopped)
3 tsps fresh lime juice
3 tsps vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
2-3 tsps Orisirisi Spice of Life Dominican Habanero pepper sauce
Directions
*In a medium bowl, combine avocados, tomatoes, onions, lime juice, and salt. Mix well.
*Slowly add vegetable oil while mixing
*Add pepper sauce and mix
Zaboca Buljol serves well with coconut bake, sada roti, naan bread, toasted baguette, or french bread.

Ingredients
2 cups Mozzarella Balls Marinated
2 1/2 cups Panko bread crumbs
Marinara sauce (you can use your own or store-bought)
Cooking spray
Orisirisi Spice of Life Pepper Sauce (any flavor)
Directions
*Roll each mozzarella ball in panko and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
*Freeze for 2 hours or overnight
*Heat the oven to 450 degrees
*Place the mozzarella on a parchment lined baking sheet, spray the breadcrumbs liberally and bake for 6 minutes.
*Add Orisirisi Spice of Life Pepper Sauce (any flavor) to the marinara sauce and serve warm

2 boxes Uncle Ben Long Grain & Wild Rice (Fast Cook)
2 1/2 cups Power Greens
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 -2 tsps Orisirisi Spice of Life Mango Pepper Sauce

*Cook rice following directions on the box. Using 1 1/2 packs of the special herbs. Omit oil or butter.
*In a large bowl briskly mix the hot rice, Power Greens, Olive Oil and Orisirisi Spice of Life Pepper Sauce.
*Serve with your favorite roasted vegetables.

2 small or 1 large head of Bok-Choy (chopped)
1 head Napa Cabbage (10-12 leaves, chopped)
1 16 oz pack frozen peas and carrots
8 cups vegetable stock
1 cup water
1 can Goya coconut milk (13.5 oz)
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
1/3 cup ginger (grated)
1/3 cup garlic (grated)
5 sprigs green onions (sliced)
1 1/2 tbsps olive oil
1 1/2 tsp roasted sesame seed oil
1 tbsp Orisirisi Spice of Life Rainbow Blend pepper sauce
1 tbsp Better Than Bouillon Seasoned Vegetable Base
3 tsp low sodium soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp Goya Adobo All Purpose Seasoning With Pepper
Directions
*Sauté ginger and garlic in olive oil and toasted sesame seed Oil (1 minute).
*Add peas and carrots, continue sautéing (3 minutes).
*Add 1/2 tsp Adobo, mix well.
*Add 4 cups vegetable stock and 1 cup water, bring to a boil, continue cooking (3 minutes).
*Add Bok-Choy and 4 cups vegetable stock, bring to a boil.
*Add 1 tsp Adobo, continue cooking (3 minutes).
*Add coconut milk, mix in a blender on high before adding, bring to a boil.
*Add green onions, low sodium soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, Better Than Bouillon, and Orisirisi Spice of Life Rainbow Blend, continue cooking (2 minutes).

Pesto Sun-Dried Tomato & Cream Cheese Sandwich
Ingredients
Pesto Sauce
2 cups fresh basil leaves (no stems)
2 tablespoons pine nuts (or walnuts)
2 large cloves garlic
½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
½ cup parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
Creamy Dip
1 package softened cream cheese (8oz )
1/3 cup pesto sauce
1/3 cup sundried tomatoes (julienne cut - packed in oil)
1/4 teaspoon Orisirisi Spice Of Life Papaya Pepper Sauce

Directions
For the pesto sauce, combine basil leaves, pine nuts (or walnuts) and garlic in a food processor and process until very finely minced. With the machine running, slowly dribble in the oil and process until the mixture is smooth. Add the cheese and process very briefly, until combined.
In a medium bowl, add softened cream cheese, I/3 cup pesto sauce, I/3 cup julienne sun dried tomatoes, and 1/4 teaspoon of Orisirisi Spice Of Life Papaya Pepper Sauce. Combine with a fork until smooth. Using two slices of bread, spread 1 tablespoon of the mixture on 1 slice of bread. Put the two slices together with the filling facing inwards. Using a serrated knife, cut off the crusts of the sandwich. Cut each sandwich into 4, 3x1-inch rectangles.
Spicy Cucumber Sandwich
Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese softened
1⁄4 cup mayonnaise (can add more)
1 medium cucumber, peeled seeded, shredded (use box grater)
1⁄2 teaspoon fresh dill weed, or 1/4 dried dill weed
1⁄4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon OrisirisiSpice Of Life Pineapple Pepper Sauce

Directions
Press the cucumber through a colander to remove excess moisture. Process cream cheese and mayonnaise in a blender or food processor until smooth. In a medium bowl, add cream cheese mixture, cucumber, dill, garlic salt and OrisirisiSpice Of Life Pineapple Pepper Sauce. Use a fork and mix well. Chill until ready to use to allow flavors to blend. 4.Using two slices of bread and a 1¾-inch round cookie cutter, cut 2 rounds out of each slice of bread. Spread some of the filling on 2 cut rounds, use the 2 extra rounds of bread and place on top of the bread with the filling facing inwards.
Spicy Cheddar Cheese Spread Sandwich
Ingredients
8 ounces extra sharp cheddar cheese (fine shred)
1/4 cup mayonnaise (can add more)
1-2 tablespoons mustard
1/2 teaspoon OrisirisiSpice Of Life Dominican Habanero Pepper Sauce
Slice Bread
Directions
In a medium bowl add cheese, mayonnaise, mustard and Orisirisi Spice Of Life Dominican Habanero Pepper Sauce, combine with a fork until smooth. Using two slices of bread spread some of the mixture on 1 slice of bread. Put the two slices together with the filling facing inwards. Using a serrated knife cut each sandwich diagonally into triangles. Cut each triangle in half to form 4 triangles for each sandwich.

1 Lb Pink Oyster Mushrooms
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
1 Tsp Orisirisi Spice of Life Papaya Pepper Sauce
1/2 Tsp Salt
Directions
• Pre-heat oven at 400 degrees
• In a medium sized bowl, add all ingredients and mix well
• Rip the large mushrooms into strips, leaving the smaller ones intact
• Pour the sauce on the mushroom and mix well
• Spread the mushrooms on a parchment lined baking tray
• Roast the mushroom for 15 mins, flip over the pieces, continue roasting for another 15 to 20 minutes or until they are crunchy
